1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your product if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

2. Items Not Eligible for Refund

We cannot refund:

  • Orders where the wrong address was provided

3. Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment

  • Processing takes 3–7 business days after approval

5. Order Cancellations
